For 25 years my world has been steeped in exploration of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. With a proclivity for compassion and nuance, I joyfully work with others to uncover their hopes and fears, and to overcome barriers and blockages.

Addressing how trauma affects our lives can be scary. Together, we will navigate this crooked path through intuition and curiosity (and lots of laughter!), bringing light to the dark, and respecting everything we meet along the way.
